The Ngenge Hydropower Project is part of Kwanza’s core renewable generation pipeline and is being developed to add reliable, low-carbon power to Uganda’s national grid. The project is expected to support improved electricity availability, regional economic activity, and the country’s transition toward a more secure and sustainable power supply base
Kwanza is leading project development and commercial structuring activities, including financing strategy, partner coordination, regulatory engagement, and preparation for implementation under a project finance framework.
