The Sisi Hydropower Project is a run-of-river hydro asset being developed as part of Kwanza’s renewable generation portfolio. The project is intended to harness local hydrological resources to deliver renewable electricity into Uganda’s power system and support a more diversified, resilient, and sustainable generation mix.
Kwanza is supporting overall project development, transaction preparation, regulatory coordination, and investor engagement, with a focus on establishing a bankable and implementable pathway to financial close and construction
